PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

 SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY We ship across the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — use code ROUTINE15 at checkout for 15% off orders over $40. ESTIMATED

DELIVERY TIMES - Standard shipping: 5–7 business days - Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (where available) Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.

 ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your order directly with the carrier. LOST OR

STOLEN PACKAGES If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 7 days at admin@meanextremesoapco.com and we'll work with you to resolve it.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
