Pre-workout and post-workout nutrition timing has an extensive body of research and practice around performance and muscle recovery, but the skin implications of what and when athletes eat around training sessions receive almost no attention. Understanding this connection adds another dimension to nutrition timing that most athletes never consider.

Pre-Workout Nutrition and Skin

What athletes eat before training affects blood sugar and insulin response during the training session itself.
